You may access this for your own personal/business use subjected to restrictions set in these terms. We issue unique License Keys for our software products which are strictly monitored.
2. Custom Services & Development
When you purchase or request custom development, setup, or consultation services from Selestl Solutions, you agree to the following terms:
- Timelines: Any project timelines or delivery dates provided are estimates. Delays caused by a lack of communication or missing assets from the client will extend the deadline.
- Client Responsibilities: The client must provide all necessary content, server access, and requirements in a timely manner.
- Revisions & Scope: Services include a predetermined set of revisions. Any requests that fall outside the original agreed-upon scope of work will be subject to additional billing.
3. Account Termination & Kill Switch
Selestl Solutions employs an active License Manager. We reserve the right to remotely deactivate (via Kill Switch) your software licenses or terminate your access to our services if you engage in piracy, reverse engineering, payment chargebacks, or violate our terms of service.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Selestl Solutions, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website, our Products, or Services rendered.
