We offer a full money-back guarantee for all digital software purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product, or if it does not perform as described, you can get a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.
After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or check documentation) within the first two weeks.
2. Exceptions (No-Refund Scenarios)
- Custom Development or setup services are non-refundable.
- Third-party licensing fees are non-refundable.
- Products bought on heavy discount/clearance sale are final.
- If your license is suspended due to a Terms of Service violation (e.g. software piracy, unauthorized distribution), you are not eligible for a refund.
